Our Story
Harbor BD was built to solve a problem that Clayton Gilvar saw again and again during years of training teams and building outreach systems at a Fortune 500 company: great businesses were missing opportunities because they didn’t have the sales infrastructure to reach their audience.
Most agencies promise volume. We promise understanding. We know what it’s like to be in the founder’s shoes, to wear every hat, and to need pipeline that’s real… not just activity on a spreadsheet.
So we built something different. A team of U.S.-based professionals who pick up the phone, have real conversations, capture live market signals, and iterate until the system works. Not a call center. Not a volume play. An execution partner.

After building scalable outreach systems at a Fortune 500 company, Clayton founded Harbor BD with one mission: bring enterprise-level outbound discipline to the companies that need it most… startups, growth-stage teams, and B2B businesses that are done guessing and ready to build real pipelines.
Clayton is hands-on with every client. He reviews calls, refines scripts, and stays directly connected to what the market is saying. That’s not a pitch. It’s how the feedback loop works.
